OUR STORY

STUDIO TASH is a design studio founded by Margarita Rangelova and Marta Moskova - a duo brought together during their studies at the Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands.

With backgrounds rooted in metalwork, ceramics, glass and textile, their practice explores the intersection of traditional craftsmanship, contemporary design and material innovation. Inspired by nature’s systems, forms, and textures, STUDIO TASH explores how objects can evoke emotion, invite interaction, and tell stories beyond their functional purpose.

OUR MISSION

The drive behind STUDIO TASH is our inherent urge to push the boundaries of traditional craft and design. Through experimentation and an intuitive approach to design, we continuously explore new techniques and approaches with the materials we engage with.

We are committed to creating high-quality, well-engineered, and fully functional products that are a pleasure to use. Significant time is devoted to problem-solving and refinement, ensuring each form serves its purpose while retaining its unique character.

The natural world serves as a central starting point for our creative process and an important part of our methodology. Inspired by its abundance, diversity, and intelligence, we adopt an approach of designing with, from, and through nature.

Our work exists at the intersection of art and design. We aim to preserve the unique character and soul of sculptural objects while combining them with the functional and utilitarian qualities of product design.

Currently, we are investigating the symbiosis between digital technologies and traditional handicrafts. By moving seamlessly between digital and physical processes, we explore how the two can complement each other and elevate our design practice.
