PRODUCTS
All objects are designed and produced by STUDIO TASH through material-driven and handcrafted processes.
Due to the nature of these processes, variations in form, surface, proportion, and finish are inherent.
These are not defects but part of the work.
Product images are presented as accurately as possible; however, differences in display and material behaviour may occur.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time.
USE OF PRODUCTS
STUDIO TASH objects exist between functional design and sculptural work.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- materials may be fragile (including glass, ceramics, and metal)
- objects require careful handling and appropriate use
We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear over time.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, or pricing errors.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store payment details.
ORDERS & BILLING
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. If changes occur, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our work, returns are limited.
We only accept returns if:
- the item arrives damaged, or
- the wrong item was delivered
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Custom, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind pieces are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS

Include images of:

Each case is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund.
